HOW IT WORKS

Have you found the apartment you like? Reserve it free of charge for 5 working days – giving you time to think everything through in peace.

Once you’ve made your decision, we’ll sign a reservation agreement together. Within 3 working days, you’ll pay a reservation fee of CZK 150,000 incl. VAT – and the apartment will be reserved exclusively for you.

Within the following month, we’ll prepare and sign a future purchase agreement and agree on each step together. At the same time, our mortgage partners from Stone & Belter will be happy to assist you with financing – hassle-free, with no fees, and at favorable interest rates. Within 10 days of signing, you’ll pay a 15% deposit on the purchase price (the reservation fee will be deducted).

You can tailor your apartment to your style and vision. Floors, doors, bathrooms, and other details will be guided by our Probydlení client center. The earlier you share your requirements, the more options you’ll have.

Once the building is complete, we’ll invite you to inspect your apartment. You will then pay the remaining 85% of the purchase price (from a mortgage or your own funds). All documents and deadlines will be clearly available in the client portal – and we’ll guide you through the entire process.

The big day! You receive the keys, the necessary manuals, and the forms for utility transfers. With the entry in the Land Registry, you become the proud owner of your new home.
