The project was designed by the Perspektiv studio, focusing on the harmonious completion of the urban block between Na Kopečku and Pod Plynojemem streets. The design responds to the surrounding development, maintaining the roofline and street frontage while sensitively fitting into the existing context.
The building has seven floors with a recessed eighth floor featuring terraces. Its massing is articulated, the façade kept light, and the balconies rounded – resulting in a welcoming urban form that feels timeless and elegant.
Inside the courtyard, residents will enjoy a shared garden with greenery, while the ground floor will host retail units and a publicly accessible space. The project is designed not only to bring new housing to the area but also to provide a functional impulse for the entire neighborhood – a place that will work, mature, and grow.

The articulated façade reflects the scale of the surrounding buildings and breaks down the impression of a monolith. At the same time, the building creates a clearly defined corner point and completes the existing block.
The recessed top floor offers attractive terraces with far-reaching views for residents. Rounded balcony edges, softly shaped courtyard façades, light-colored plaster, and varied window divisions create architecture that feels both elegant and refined.
